I try my best to capture the little moments throughout the day with my boys. As they are growing so quickly, I feel that in my own way, I can slow down time and remember them for who they genuinely are right now. Usually, I default to taking pictures of them on my camera or my iPhone, but every now and then, I love to take videos.
Growing up, my mom took countless home videos of us. Whether it was a dance we made up to Gloria Estefan, puppet shows, or short drama films we wrote and acted in, we now cherish the opportunity to see how we acted, sounded and thought back when we were young.
My hope is that through these recorded conversations I have with my little ones, I can watch and remember the way they saw the world, how they were figuring out words, and how uniquely beautiful their personalities are.
This is the first of hopefully many conversations I document with my sweet Cohen.
